As a Marketing Intern, you’ll be placed into one of these exciting brands and are expected to get stuck in, thinking of innovative ways to tailor our products to a UK audience.
We have multiple Marketing Industrial Placement roles across our brands and teams. Once you’ve been recruited, we’ll use feedback from your Assessment Centre to match you to a role where you’ll thrive the most! This could include roles focused on social media, product marketing, or even more commercially driven marketing roles. Be open-minded and trust that we’ll find the perfect role for you!
You will...
- Work on live projects and briefs, assessing competitors, supporting brand launches, and collaborating with commercial, visual merchandising, and digital teams to deliver full 360 marketing campaigns.
- Perform competitor analysis: pricing and market awareness/tracking.
- Manage projects, including adapting international product concepts/advertising to the UK market.
- Budgeting: forecasting costs accurately, tracking spend, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyse data: extracting and interpreting data to relay actionable insights.
- Develop creative strategies: managing campaigns with clear strategic and innovative input.
- Design: briefing artwork agencies on product packaging and point-of-sale materials, supporting the process through to delivery.
- Brainstorm: generating ingredient and product name ideas, reviewing product submissions, evaluating the beauty market, and voting on final product names and packaging.
