This is a unique opportunity for a penultimate-year student to gain hands-on experience in developing and executing global marketing strategies for new products and core pillars.
You will be at the heart of the product and campaign development cycle. From conducting market research to assisting with campaign photoshoots and analysing post-launch performance, you will be a key contributor to bringing Aesop’s innovations to our global markets.
Day-to-day, you will be:
- Conducting insightful analysis of sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions.
- Supporting campaign development by assisting with creative briefs, presentation development, and the coordination of mock-ups with external agencies.
- Collaborating with 360° teams (including Product Innovation, Creative, Copy, and Production) to ensure all marketing assets are ready for a seamless go-to-market execution.
- Assisting in project management, helping to maintain marketing calendars, track project timelines, and prepare for key internal meetings.
We are looking for a proactive and curious student who is keen to learn about the luxury beauty industry. You are a great match if you are both creative and analytical, with a collaborative spirit and the ability to take ownership of your projects.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Market & Competitor Awareness: A basic awareness and curiosity about the beauty landscape, particularly around body care competitors. Being observant of trends and what other brands are doing in the market will help you contribute valuable perspectives.

- Project Coordination: Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and respect deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative Acumen: An interest in the creative process, from olfactive storytelling to visual campaign development, and the ability to contribute fresh ideas.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear briefs and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
