We are looking for an agile HR Retail Administrator to become the operational heartbeat of our retail team. From orchestrating the entire employee lifecycle to driving innovative process improvements, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our people and payroll systems run like clockwork. A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Manage and respond to queries in the HR Retail Admin Inbox.
  • Process, prepare, distribute, and coordinate all aspects of employee administration throughout the employee life cycle, including creating contracts of employment for new starters, changes of contract for internal moves, long‑service milestones, letters, supporting right‑to‑work checks, managing overpayments, processing bonus payments, logging sick notes and reference requests.
  • Support our payroll team by ensuring all changes have been processed correctly and in a timely manner via HR system ready for payroll deadlines.
  • Maintain internal filing and key HR database systems (One Profile, Tamigo, Storeforce and Right Check).
  • Regularly check the data that has been inputted to ensure high levels of data integrity.
  • Notify and track overpayments to current and ex‑employees.
  • Update and upskill our managers and our employees through our communication channels.
  • Advise employees on Family Leave policies, planning and processing family leave in the system – working directly with payroll and preparing and distributing related documentation.
  • Constantly review the HR Administrative processes to ensure they are as efficient and effective as possible.
  • Support the Head of HR Retail and HR Business Partners with ad‑hoc projects.
  • Working in a small HR Operations team you will share responsibilities evenly and support other members with their activities, covering for absence and workload fluctuations.
  • Ensure that data within all our systems (One Profile, Tamigo, Storeforce, Anaplan, OAPass etc) is processed accurately and maintained regularly with regular checks.
