A Day in the Life
Based at our Gateway office, you will report to the Chief Growth Office and Supply Chain, leading the Business Planning team to optimize sales forecasting for L'Oréal Luxe.
- Lead & Inspire: Manage and develop the Business Planning team, aligning strategy and driving organizational excellence.
- Forecasting & Landing: Coordinate the annual forecast and month-end landing, collaborating with Customer Business Directors to estimate turnover.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor weekly sales, leading meetings with senior leaders to highlight risks and opportunities.
- System Innovation: Drive the rollout and adoption of the Business Planning Management (BPM) tool.
