WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience in delivering Workshops, Presentations and Classes.
  • Educated to NVQ Level 2 & 3.
  • Experience of being an advanced colour expert, as well as commercially astute and understand the importance of selling.
  • Exceptional confidence.
  • Technical competence, cutting competence and styling competence.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels.
  • Experience of building relationships with clients.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Packages, namely PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
  • The ability to inspire, motivate, coach and develop people.
  • A passion for the haircare/skin care industry.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • The ability to work in an ever-changing & demanding environment.
