A Day in the Life
As a CMI Degree Apprentice reporting to the Senior Market Intelligence Manager, you will support all L’Oréal UK & Ireland divisions (Mass, Dermo, Luxe & Pro), driving data-backed decisions.
- Reporting & Data Production: Extract and analyse sell-out and market data from platforms like Circana and Looker Studio to build monthly divisional reports.
- Database Management: Maintain and update key market databases, ensuring data integrity and addressing cross-divisional queries.
- Market Analysis: Support quarterly analytics and create engaging PowerPoint decks and brand summaries for division leads.
- Cross-Functional Support: Handle ad-hoc data requests for Consumer Insights and brand teams.

We are looking for an analytical thinker eager to learn and grow. You have:
- Data Analytics: Strong numerical and problem-solving skills to turn retail trends into insights.
- Attention to Detail: High standards for data accuracy and database integrity.
- Communication: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional, international stakeholders.
- Tools Proficiency: Comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, or database tools.
Eligibility: No prior degree, GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade C/4 or equivalent), and BBC at A-Level (or equivalent).
