  • Drive NPD + Pillar A&I strategy at key times for the brand in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Manage seeding campaigns (forecast and order products, manage budget tracker) to support trends, pillars and brand launches.
  • Manage influencer database, identifying new relevant targets.
  • Assist in preparing reports (campaign results, market, consumer & platform trends, influencers IRM) and competitor activity overviews.
  • Organise and manage schedules for the events.
  • Assist in event execution.
  • Own and manage all paid advocacy reporting and budget controlling files.
  • Own the advocacy budget(s) and be accountable.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A Master of Collaboration: You understand that "teams are the new heroes." Whether you are nurturing a strong partnership with our A&I agency, working with the Senior Medical Advocacy Manager on KOL activations, or aligning with internal stakeholders on multi-brand campaigns, you lead through influence and collaboration.
  • Highly Organised & Accurate: With multiple brands and seeding campaigns to manage, your planning skills are second to none. You can re-prioritise on the fly while maintaining a high degree of accuracy—especially when it comes to budget controlling, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Data-Driven & Measured: You don’t just launch campaigns; you track their success. You are committed to showing clear ROI and take full ownership of the advocacy budget and reporting files to ensure every initiative is impactful.
  • Proactive & Resilient: You embrace change, new platforms, and evolving trends with a positive, hands-on approach. You are always one step ahead in identifying new talent for our influencer database and anticipating market shifts.
