- CRM & 1st Party Data Optimization: Leveraging CRM principles to optimize our 1st party databases, ensuring our advocacy efforts are backed by robust consumer insights.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Acting as the "In-House" differentiator by partnering with Media, CRM, and Brand teams to ensure measurement frameworks are aligned with business objectives.
- Measurement Innovation: Moving beyond standard metrics to define the true value of influence on brand equity and sales.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the analytical rigor of a data scientist combined with the communication skills of a consultant.
- Experience: Prior experience within a major research agency (such as Nielsen BASES/Media Research, Kantar Worldpanel/Millward Brown, or Ipsos ASI/Connect) or have moved from these environments into a brand-side analyst role.
- Technical Mastery: You are a "hands-on" analyst. You can query your own data and are an expert in Excel and PowerPoint visualization. Familiarity with Amazon Advertising/Insights or structured measurement roles is a significant plus.
- CRM Savvy: You understand CRM stack principles and how to build and optimize 1st party databases.
- The Communicator: You excel at "Stakeholder Management." You can present technical findings on large stages or to hundreds of stakeholders, making data accessible to non-technical audiences (e.g., Creative teams).
- Background: Experience in roles such as Senior Analyst (CRM), Insights Specialist, or Marketing Analytics Lead is highly preferred.
