Are you a trailblazer in social commerce with a relentless drive for digital growth? We are seeking a Senior TikTok Shop + Affiliate Manager to champion our brands' presence within the dynamic TikTok Shop ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will strategically lead our social e-commerce initiatives, developing a high-impact affiliate program and optimising shop front strategies through expert collaboration with brand, media, and advocacy teams. If you possess a deep understanding of social platforms, proven digital marketing acumen, and a data-driven approach to delivering ambitious sales targets, then we want you to drive our next phase of growth.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- As part of a dedicated Ecommerce Business unit, be responsible for driving an ambitious growth agenda through providing consumers with the best possible experience of our skincare brands via TikTok Shop.
- TikTok Shop Strategy: Lead the TikTok Shop business to execute a winning social commerce strategy, collaborating closely with cross functional teams; Brand; new product launches, brand moments and assortment Media; on a winning performance media strategy, accelerating GMV + optimising ROAS. Advocacy; rollout of creator-driven campaigns that convert Community Manager; to monitor platform trends to deliver campaigns and create that speak to consumer insight. Finance: to monitor, manage and land a sustainable business model.
- Affiliate Program Management: Work closely with the TikTok Shop Community Manager to build and scale our affiliate program; analysing and identify the top-performing TikTok Shop affiliates, monitoring performance, defining the commission strategy to deliver sales and long-term relationships. Manage and optimise Shop, including product listings, forecasting, inventory, promotional tools, and in-app campaign strategies. Working closely with finance and supply chain. Own P&L management with finance, assisting in driving profitability and building plans to budget targets.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (e.g., sales, engagement, affiliate conversions), generate reports, and refine strategies based on insights and share reporting with senior management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely across all teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive campaign execution.
YOU HAVE
- Proven experience in digital marketing and ecommerce, preferably in social commerce & affiliate management.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop and its ecosystem, including algorithm and trends.
- Experience with performance analysis and data-driven strategy.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- An entrepreneurial & creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
