We are seeking a dynamic and driven Brand Manager to lead and execute strategic brand plans for an exciting portfolio. This role requires collaboration across departments, market analysis, and innovative marketing initiatives to meet growth targets. A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Build, lead, and execute the annual brand plan, implementing new strategies while driving growth behind the core catalogue aligned with the overall brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with the RBM/OBM to develop bespoke brand plans with existing and new retailers, ensuring portfolio growth.
  • Analyze product performance, market insights, and competitor activities to inform management decisions.
  • Scope and size new launches, ensuring appropriate pricing considering the P&L.
  • Identify and monitor marketing strategies (Online & Offline) to create engaging, consumer-first brand experiences.
  • Provide data-driven insights to optimize communication and maintain brand equity.
  • Support media strategy development and work with media agencies on full funnel media planning.
  • Manage and coach team members, fostering their development and growth.
  • Coordinate with communications and digital teams to maximize PR and online opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments and partners to support medical-first business strategies.
  • Manage brand budgets accurately and effectively.
  • Work with supply and commercial teams on forecasts for NPD and stock management.
  • Oversee portfolio management, including artwork and product discontinuations.
  • Represent the brand in meetings and conferences to energize and align stakeholders.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience in a consumer-driven, fast-paced environment, preferably FMCG.
  • Experience managing full funnel media spend, including TV and digital.
  • Degree-level education or higher.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking and collaboration skills.
  • Visionary with the ability to develop and motivate brand strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and organized, capable of working autonomously.
  • Resilient and adaptable to changing market conditions.
  • Creative with a focus on cost-effective solutions and ROI.
