A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Strategic Media Planning & Budget Management: Oversee L'Oréal Paris media budget allocation across makeup and skincare, defining priorities, and making data-driven investment decisions aligned with business goals while adhering to budget and governance rules.
- Agency Partnership & ROI: Lead the relationship with the media agency to develop and execute full-funnel media plans incorporating best practices and learnings from internal studies to maximize media ROI.
- Data-Driven Media Activation: Drive the adoption of 1P data in media campaigns, leading test-and-learn initiatives and 2P activations to optimize performance.
- Competitive Analysis & Innovation: Analyse competitive investment trends, media mix, and creative strategies to inform L'Oréal Paris's media approach and identify innovative opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate communication, collaboration, and the achievement of business objectives.
- Team Development & Media Expertise: Provide media expertise and support to the brand team, fostering media upskilling and knowledge sharing within the team.
WHO YOU ARE
- Strong media expertise & experience, analysing, owning & delivering full funnel media plans.
- Strong expertise & understanding of the role of different media channels & platforms, objectives & measurement techniques.

- Demonstrable experience in relevant media roles.
- Comfortable with data analysis and budget management within complex environments.
- Experience of matrix structures and reporting lines.
