What You’ll Do

Gain unparalleled experience through three dynamic rotations:

  • Business Rotation (1x 6 months): Immerse yourself in two different business areas to develop a deep understanding of L’Oréal’s operations and build a strong business acumen. This first-hand exposure is key to becoming a true HR business partner.
  • HR Rotations (2x 6 months): Apply your business knowledge within our vibrant HR function. Work on real-world projects, partner with key stakeholders, and contribute to strategic initiatives in areas such as Talent Management, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Reward, or Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
