As an HR Generalist Intern, you won't just be observing; you will be an active partner to our HR Business Leaders. This role is designed for a high-energy individual who is proactive, solution-oriented, and ready to gain a deep, "hands-on" understanding of what it means to manage the human capital of a global beauty leader.

- Employee Relations: Supporting HR Business Partners with employee relations cases, ensuring all documentation is accurate and company policies are upheld.
- Project Management: Assisting with the rollout of key HR initiatives, such as annual employee engagement surveys (Pulse) and culture-building workshops.
- Operational Excellence: Maintaining data integrity within our HR systems and seeking ways to improve existing HR processes for better efficiency.
- Community Engagement: Partnering with our "NextGen" community to ensure our intern and apprentice talent are integrated and supported.
- Ad-hoc Advisory: Acting as a first point of contact for employee queries, providing clear and helpful guidance on L'Oréal’s HR policies.
Your Profile:
- We are looking for someone who doesn't wait for instructions but sees what needs to be done and takes the lead.
- Proactivity & Drive: You are a "self-starter" with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to see projects through to completion.
- Passionate about HR: You have a genuine interest in Human Resources as a career and a foundational understanding of the "Generalist" model (the mix of operational, administrative, and strategic people management).
