Duration: 1 Year Internship
NEO is our one L’Oréal solution streamlining and bringing our hundreds of processes and transversal data solutions together – globally. Through NEO, we will all speak one business language, better supporting us to be agile as we grow. As a key member of the NEO team, you’ll collaborate with the training team to orchestrate the rollout of company-wide training, honing your organizational and coordination skills. You will support the leadership and broader NEO team in executing events, project activations, and engaging team activities. During your internship, you will have an opportunity to delve into the dynamics of large-scale projects, acquire valuable new skills, and collaborate with L’Oréal experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Support: Collaborate with the training team to organize training sessions across all UK & I sites. Track employee attendance via a learning management system. Promote training sessions through communication plans (posters, articles, drop-in sessions). Manage logistical and material preparation for training sessions. Analyse participant feedback to ensure engaging training. Collaborate with NEO team members and external training partners on planning and delivery.
- Testing Execution Support: Facilitate team spirit during the testing phase (July 2025 - March 2026). Maintain a positive working environment in the project space. Organize team-building activities to boost morale.
- Event Planning: Support and plan team celebrations for key milestones. Arrange team lunches and dinners, managing budgets and venue sourcing. Assist with room and hospitality for internal meetings. Organize merchandise and assets for events.
- Administrative Support: Schedule meetings for the NEO team and wider business, liaising with stakeholders. Assist with ad-hoc projects from the leadership team.
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills: Ability to plan, coordinate, prioritize, and adapt to changes.
- Attention to detail: Ability to analyse data, draw conclusions, and learn new systems quickly.
