A Day in the Life
As a Technical Expert in our Professional Products Division, you\’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards for the UKI market. Reporting to the Technical Testing Department, you\’ll collaborate with international teams, hairdressers, and education communities to deliver exceptional results. Here\’s what you\’ll be working on:
- Testing & Analysis: Systematically test formulas to identify key properties and adapt protocols to reflect real-world salon practices.
- Collaboration: Work with international testing teams, DMI, and local stakeholders to align on objectives and claims.
- Upskilling & Education: Deliver pre-launch training sessions to the education community and participate in focus groups with hairdressers.
- Reporting: Build clear, data-driven reports on testing outcomes and provide actionable recommendations for successful product launches.
- Innovation: Organise and participate in workshops, focus groups, and mentoring programs to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
