Senior Product Brand Manager – Garnier (Skincare)

A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Work closely with the BRAND 3.0 marketing team in the UK and liaise with the DMI & Zone teams overseas.
- Develop the brand strategy and 3-year vision with the BBL, ensuring all marketing touchpoints are aligned with the long-term strategy.
MEDIA
- Determine media strategy in collaboration with media agencies, establish BETs, and utilize tools like BETIQ for media mix modeling.
- Embrace digital transformation with a focus on advocacy acceleration.
CONSUMER
- Collaborate with CMI to enhance understanding of consumers and leverage consumer & shopper data to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Work with creative agencies on insight-led local media creatives and content shoots.
- Engage regularly with consumers and work effectively with senior management, retailers, and agency partners.
CATEGORY & PRODUCT
- Utilize tools like Nielsen/Boots IRI to understand category shifts and future trends.
- Contribute to international brand development and new project launches with a strategic 3-year market vision.
- Coordinate with legal and scientific teams to ensure compliant marketing materials and develop compelling product claims.
BRAND PERFORMANCE
- Track brand performance and financial objectives accurately.
- Contribute to setting brand budgets and financial goals.
- Manage A&P spends and understand the total PNL to drive sustainable growth, managing GM and REX targets.
WHO YOU ARE
- Passionate about brands and products, acting as a brand ambassador.
- Experience in a similar role with strong analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment with high organizational and prioritization skills.
