A typical day as a Senior National Account Manager is a dynamic blend of strategic planning, collaborative relationship building, and proactive commercial management. You'll dedicate your time to forging strong, credible relationships with key customers and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. A significant portion of your day will involve developing and executing retailer-centric strategies, crafting robust business plans to achieve mutual growth, and influencing future retailer initiatives to maximize brand presence and opportunities both in-store and online.
You’ll meticulously manage all aspects of the P&L, from retail sell-out to sell-in, diligently working towards delivering targets and proactively managing retailer budgets and sales forecasts. This includes identifying potential risks, spotting new opportunities, and developing contingency plans to keep us ahead of the curve. Furthermore, you'll play a vital role in supporting team development, coaching junior members on best practices, commercial competencies, and nurturing strong retailer relationships, ensuring our collective success.
