We are seeking a dynamic and driven Brand Manager to lead and execute strategic brand plans for an exciting portfolio. This role will require collaborating across various departments, analysing market trends, and driving innovative marketing initiatives to achieve ambitious growth targets. A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Build, lead and execute the annual brand plan, implementing new initiatives while animating & driving growth behind the core catalogue aligned with the overall brand strategy.
- Work with the RBM/OBM to ensure bespoke brand plans with existing and new retailers, ensuring acceleration and growth across the portfolio.
- Collect and analyse product performance, consumer/market insights, and competitor activities to make informed recommendations to management.
- Scope and size new launches, ensuring the right price point considering the P&L.
- Identify and monitor marketing mix strategies (Online & Offline) to build engaging consumer-first brand experiences.
- Deliver data-driven insights to optimise communication materials and ensure alignment with medical brand equity.
- Support Brand Business Director on media strategy and work with media agencies on full funnel media spend including TV, digital, and partnerships.
- Manage and coach team members, ensuring development plans are in place to grow their skills and potential.
- Collaborate with communications and digital teams to maximise PR and online opportunities.
- Coordinate with other departments and partners to support medical-first business strategies.
- Manage brand budgets accurately.
- Work with supply and commercial teams to ensure forecast accuracy on NPD and stock availability.
- Handle portfolio catalogue management, including artwork and product discontinuations.
- Participate in internal & external meetings to energise and communicate plans and vision.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience in a consumer-driven, fast-paced sales environment, preferably FMCG.
- Experience managing full funnel media spend, including TV and digital.
- Degree-level education.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking and collaboration skills.
- Ability to create and develop strong brand visions and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
