EDUCATION AND BUSINESS PARTNER – 6 month Fixed Term Contract Location: Guildford Grade 4 A DAY IN THE LIFE Delivering exceptional face-to-face and digital education sessions that support the technical skillset and growth of the salons\’ business. Act as edumerical, blending education sessions with a commercial mindset, implementing business plans that increase usage and ISMS, and conducting regular business reviews to support client goals and provide solutions. Identify opportunities for business growth through gap analysis and showcase NPD with a growth mindset. Implement annual education plans for all accounts to ensure the highest level of expertise in salons, especially regarding recommended services and haircare. Work towards individual and collective education targets for events, webinars, and course occupancy, actively participating in projects to broaden your skillset. Collaborate with your education manager to ensure education activities support commercial objectives. Create a comprehensive approach to professional advocacy to increase customer and consumer awareness. Work strategically with education and commercial managers to actively acquire new business. KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES Achieve salon growth by conducting needs assessments for education and business development, identifying ISMS, gap analysis, and NPD opportunities. Conduct up to four 3-hour technical hands-on sessions per year per salon. Collaborate on implementing NPD education launch plans, ensuring 100% distribution once approved. Implement a salon contact strategy with a mix of face-to-face and virtual meetings to ensure rapid go-to-market strategies and effective journey planning. Embed a multi-brand strategy across social media platforms in line with L\’Oreal social media policy. Create a seamless pre- and post-learning strategy to engage all customers with Access, ensuring registration and engagement with the 24/7 online education platform. Maximize occupancy for all national account courses, clinics, events, and online activities. Establish colour, treatment, and retail objectives for your territory. QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED A minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification with experience in teaching, educating, coaching, or assessing hairdressers in a field role. Extensive knowledge and experience in colour and colour application is essential. Experience in building relationships with clients and stakeholders. Commercially savvy with a good understanding of sales and figures. Excellent communication skills, able to give and receive feedback positively, approachable, and transparent. Solutions-oriented mindset, capable of working accurately at pace and managing ambiguity in a dynamic environment. Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to re-prioritize as needed to meet deadlines. Risk-aware and capable of building contingency plans. #J-18808-Ljbffr
