Reporting to Head of Luxe Training, I am responsible for the education of our Beauty Advisor community & Retailer BA community. Through the delivery of Education & training, regular store visits & coaching, I deliver a world‑class consumer experience across our portfolio of brands & consumer touch points. I also deliver an engaging beauty advisor experience for our BAs, as well as being able to influence & inspire retailer BAs across our brands & categories. I champion collaboration and coaching, and with the team, I ensure that Brand DNA, Equity & Service excellence cascades through our tailored programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- OMNI EDUCATION & ENGAGEMENT
- Execute the multi‑brand education strategy across all channels for Luxe BAs & Retailer BAs.
- Collaborate across the Education function & Field team in my region to identify opportunities to elevate the Education strategy and meet the Business commercial needs.
- Luxe BAs:
- Deliver an engaging Education program & training calendar for our Luxe BA community to drive CXE & sales/business growth.
- Collaborate to deliver exceptional education in line with brand marketing and commercial plans.
- Create a robust journey plan to spend time in stores to coach & develop the Luxe team, & identify opportunities / bring to life a world‑class consumer experience.
- Execute the Multi‑brand Category training program in collaboration with category education leads.
- Retailer BAs:
- Deliver an engaging education program for our Retailer BAs to create exceptional education in line with brand marketing and commercial plans.
- Spend time in stores to coach & develop/bring to life a world‑class consumer experience.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs & tools, keep current in the latest Education trends, & manage/influence stakeholders with regular feedback/observation to maximise business outcomes & deliver exceptional education to our BA communities.
- Support in delivery of soft skills/Retail transversal skills training (management, services, CRM, L'Oréal University etc).
- SERVICES & BEAUTY TECH
- Bring to life the Beauty Tech strategy from the division & the brands through education & coaching.
- Drive services as a core experience for our consumers.
- Engage our BAs in CRM activities & drive data capture as a pillar of our service culture in Luxe.
- PEOPLE MANAGEMENT/DEVELOPMENT
- Support in the recruitment & onboarding of BAs in your region.
- Drive a culture of coaching & development.
- Elevate the BA experience/journey and embed/launch key initiatives from global and local initiatives.
- Ensure BA adoption and usage of One Retail.
- Champion cross‑function collaboration and ways of working.
