  • Delivering the One Luxe Experience: Consistently execute the Be Luxe service model.
  • Product Expertise and Storytelling: Confidently demonstrate products and offer tailored product knowledge.
  • Embodying Brand Excellence: Act as a L'Oréal Luxe brand ambassador.
  • Staying Trend-Forward: Maintain a strong understanding of the latest trends.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently achieve individual and counter sales goals.
