L'Oréal UKI is seeking a dynamic, results‐driven NAM to drive our Amazon business forward. This highly strategic customer is experiencing dynamic double‐digit growth and presents an immense opportunity for scaling and potential.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Lead a high‐growth, high‐visibility Amazon business: proactively collaborate with a multifunctional team to meet sales objectives, grow market share, increase turnover, and manage category profitability.
  • Shape the Amazon flywheel: leverage Amazon's ecosystem, manage commercial spend, optimise stock availability, and activate marketing levers to increase traffic, conversions, and brand presence.
  • Stakeholder influencer: build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, advocate for the category, and align goals to reach ambitious targets.
  • Identify additional opportunities: work with the multifunctional team to uncover new avenues for category and brand growth.
  • Analytical proficiency: use data analysis and key metrics (sell‐through, conversion, stock‐in‐trade) to detect trends, diagnose issues, and inform strategy.
  • Drive operational excellence: collaborate with Supply Chain to create accurate forecasts, resolve inventory issues, and optimise fulfilment processes.
  • Financial partnership: partner with finance to manage budgets, forecast investment needs, and refine commercial processes.
  • Deliver forecasting and strategy: collaborate across marketing, supply chain, finance, and digital to produce accurate forecasts and mid‐to‐long‐term strategy tailored to retailer and shopper priorities.
  • P&L management: support finance in driving divisional profitability, create budget plans, review balance‐sheet items, clear debt, and develop gross‐margin strategies.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Excellent relationship‐management skills and the ability to influence third‐party partners without direct authority.
  • Commercial acumen: strong analytical and negotiation skills, familiarity with contract terms, and a deep understanding of profitability management.
  • Knowledge of Amazon's ecosystem and the ability to leverage levers beyond traditional sales to drive traffic, conversion, and brand awareness.
  • Drive, tenacity, and resilience with an 'anything is possible' attitude.
  • Organisational and prioritisation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
