L'Oréal UKI is seeking a dynamic, results‑driven NAM to drive our Amazon business forward. This highly strategic customer is experiencing dynamic double‑digit growth and presents an immense opportunity for scaling and potential.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Lead a high‑growth, high‑visibility Amazon business: proactively collaborate with a multifunctional team to meet sales objectives, grow market share, increase turnover, and manage category profitability.
- Shape the Amazon flywheel: leverage Amazon's ecosystem, manage commercial spend, optimise stock availability, and activate marketing levers to increase traffic, conversions, and brand presence.
- Stakeholder influencer: build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, advocate for the category, and align goals to reach ambitious targets.
- Identify additional opportunities: work with the multifunctional team to uncover new avenues for category and brand growth.
- Analytical proficiency: use data analysis and key metrics (sell‑through, conversion, stock‑in‑trade) to detect trends, diagnose issues, and inform strategy.
- Drive operational excellence: collaborate with Supply Chain to create accurate forecasts, resolve inventory issues, and optimise fulfilment processes.
- Financial partnership: partner with finance to manage budgets, forecast investment needs, and refine commercial processes.
- Deliver forecasting and strategy: collaborate across marketing, supply chain, finance, and digital to produce accurate forecasts and mid‑to‑long‑term strategy tailored to retailer and shopper priorities.
- P&L management: support finance in driving divisional profitability, create budget plans, review balance‑sheet items, clear debt, and develop gross‑margin strategies.
WHO YOU ARE
- Excellent relationship‑management skills and the ability to influence third‑party partners without direct authority.
- Commercial acumen: strong analytical and negotiation skills, familiarity with contract terms, and a deep understanding of profitability management.
