- Budgeting: forecasting costs accurately, tracking spend and identifying cost‑saving opportunities
- Analysing data and interpreting it to provide actionable insights
- Developing creative strategies and managing campaigns with clear strategic and innovative input
- Briefing artwork agencies on product packaging and point‑of‑sale materials, and supporting the process through to delivery
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Initiative and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Proactivity and a keen eye for improving efficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- A balance of creativity and numerical skills
- The ability to work autonomously
You are... In your second year at university, studying a course that includes an Industrial Placement Year. If you’ve already graduated, please check out our graduate roles instead!
What’s in it for you?
- A place to step outside your comfort zone and grow beyond your potential. You’ll be encouraged to try new things and take risks.
- Real responsibility from day one, there’s no sitting on the sidelines at L’Oréal.
- An environment where people of every ethnicity, social background, age, religion, gender and sexual orientation, as well as people with disabilities, are accepted, can speak up, thrive and are celebrated.
- A place where you can contribute to something bigger. Many of our brands support societal and environmental causes to make a concrete difference.
We’re committed to inclusive recruitment and to hiring and promoting each candidate ethically and equitably. The Group strictly prohibits discrimination against any applicant.
If you apply for multiple positions, you’ll be put forward for the roles most suitable for you. If you have a strong preference, please apply to that single role to ensure you’re considered for your top choice. You can apply for a maximum of three roles.
A quick note on our process: While our online assessments are scored automatically, every application is carefully reviewed by our team. We do not use AI to make hiring decisions on your profile. To learn more about AI use in our application process, please read more here.
Our Assessment Centres are held in person, running from November onwards. These are specific to each function, so please be patient if you’re not invited straight away. It may be because your function’s Assessment Centre is scheduled later in the recruitment period.
