A Day in the Life
Reporting to the HR Services Director in Manchester, you will lead our UK&I HRIS team to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and seamless integration of our global Success Factors platform.
Responsibilities
- System & Roadmap Ownership: Manage Success Factors configurations, testing, and new feature releases.
- Data & Analytics: Drive data quality excellence, delivering strategic insights to the HR Leadership Team.
- Project Leadership: Lead local and group integration projects as the local subject matter expert.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with global, zone, and local teams to streamline HR processes and automate workflows.
Qualifications
- HRIS Expertise: Deep knowledge of HRIS systems, specifically Success Factors.
- Project Management: Proven ability to lead transformational projects and system integrations. Data Governance: Strong skills in data management, reporting, and advanced Excel.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse teams.
- People Leadership: Experience in line management and developing team potential.
