The Mission

Are you a visionary educator with a passion for world‑class artistry? As our Make‑up Education Executive, you are the heartbeat of the brand for Urban Decay (UD) and IT Cosmetics (ITC). You aren’t just a trainer; you are a brand custodian, an artistry expert, and a strategic partner who empowers our Retail teams to deliver "gold‑standard" consumer experiences. You will be the face of our Brand DNA, bridging the gap between global strategy and local excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Brand Education
    • Empower the Frontline: Deliver high‑energy Omni Education training for our diverse Beauty Advisor (BA) communities (Luxe, Mono‑Brand, and Retailers).
    • Content Innovation: Create and localise cutting‑edge training modules that bring the unique stories of UD and ITC to life.
    • Field Coaching: Spend time in the field, conducting store visits to elevate BA skills and ensure our consumer experience is second‑to‑none.
    • Advocacy: Film & create content for different channels including TikTok.
  • Retail, Services & Artistry
    • Artistry Leadership: Partner closely with our Pro Makeup Artists (MUAs) to ensure the highest level of technical skill across the brands.
    • Stakeholder Synergy: Collaborate with Area Managers and Retail Field teams to identify and solve education needs in real‑time.
  • Operations & Impact
    • Retailer Conferences: Be the "voice of the brand" at major retailer conferences, presenting our latest launches and trends with charisma and expertise.
    • Performance Tracking: Evaluate the effectiveness of your programs, reporting on how your trainings directly impact sales, NPS, and service KPIs.

Who You Are

  • A Master of Artistry: You possess strong artistry skills and are comfortable performing and teaching high‑level makeup & skincare applications for major activations and events.
  • A Captivating Communicator: Whether it's a 1-on-1 coaching session or a stage presentation at a Retailer conference, you know how to command a room.
  • Strategic & Analytical: You have a decent understanding of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint) to track data and create professional presentations.
  • A People Person: You lead with empathy and have a "coaching-first" mindset.
  • Agile & Mobile: You are comfortable with travel to different retail sites. A valid driving license is a significant benefit to help you reach our teams across the territory.
