A Day in the Life
Based in our London office, you will join Aesop's DMI (Global Marketing) team, supporting International Project Managers across our core categories, such as Body Care, Hair Care, and Fragrance. This is a unique opportunity for a penultimate‑year student to gain hands‑on experience in developing and executing global marketing strategies for new products and core pillars. You will be at the heart of the product and campaign development cycle. From conducting market research to assisting with campaign photoshoots and analysing post‑launch performance, you will be a key contributor to bringing Aesop's innovations to our global markets.
Day‑to‑day, you will be:
- Conducting insightful analysis of sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions.
- Supporting campaign development by assisting with creative briefs, presentation development, and the coordination of mock‑ups with external agencies.
- Collaborating with teams (including Product Innovation, Creative, Copy, and Production) to ensure all marketing assets are ready for a seamless go‑to‑market execution.
- Assisting in project management, helping to maintain marketing calendars, track project timelines, and prepare for key internal meetings.
