Reporting to the Brands Finance Director, you will act as a strategic co‑pilot for the Consumer Products Division, orchestrating the consolidation of Advertising & Promotion (A&P) across our iconic brands. You will join a fast‑paced and dynamic finance team where you'll play an integral role in moving our business forward.
Strategic & Financial Piloting: Lead the budget consolidation for the division's A&P, ensuring alignment with financial targets and providing insightful analysis on risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
Budgetary Guardianship: Ensure accurate budget, forecast, and month‑end reporting for Consumer Engagement and Touchpoint (CET) P&L lines, with a specific focus on our largest investment areas: Media and Advocacy.
Cross‑Functional Partnership: Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including Marketing teams, our media agency, and both finance and non‑finance partners, to drive strategic decisions.
Performance & Process Optimization: Support and challenge strategic decisions through ROI analysis (BETIQ) and continuously improve financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency and transparency.
We Are Looking For: We are looking for a candidate with strong potential, who is resilient and capable of simplifying complexity. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Master’s degree in Finance or a related field; CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification is a plus.
- Highly experienced in a financial planning and analysis (FP&A) role, ideally within a consumer goods or retail environment.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering effectively across a complex matrix organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
