Senior E-Activation Manager LDB reports into the Ecommerce Director, working hand‑in‑hand with the CDO, Commercial and Brand Teams. You will be the strategic lead for online activation of our dermatological brands (La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, Vichy and SkinCeuticals) across Key Pure Player, O&O and DTC accounts, ensuring we bridge medical credibility with digital performance to drive sell‑out and market share.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Online Activation Strategy: Work directly with the Commercial, CDO and Brand teams to identify the key opportunities to accelerate our brands online through activation excellence, and deliver cutting edge and best in class consumer shopping experiences with our key retail partners.
- Medical Category Elevation: Drive + elevate the Dermatological Category Online: Be obsessed with driving the Medical Equity of our brands. Implement the dermatological category expression and engage retail partners on cross‑channel activation across our online retailers to win share.
- Shopper Insight + Performance Management: Proactively monitor and analyse the latest ecommerce shopper insights, trends and performance data, benchmarking against the competition to inform ongoing plan adaptation. Deliver actionable insights on key initiatives; including key retailer moments, tentpole activations and new launches.
- End‑to‑End Category Campaign Eventing: Develop, lead & execute Multi‑Brand Medical Eventing strategies - leading with consumer insight to deliver full‑funnel executions that drive both consumer acquisition and retention, maximizing key retailer moments by collaborating closely with internal teams. Securing and aligning resources & budgets behind our strategies to ensure we have the fuel to win.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership: This role will champion effective collaboration with Retail Media, Advocacy, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive transversal KPIs, ensuring alignment of paid media and on‑site investments with key activation moments, hero selections, brand moments and new product launches.
- Content + PDP excellence: Develop an understanding of best‑in‑class PDP content to establish always on merchandising + ecommerce content excellence. Maintaining specific focus on launch excellence and on‑going performance optimisation. Monitor the health of our online PDPs through our owned tools - across KPIS such as R&R, retail readiness, CVR, AOV, organic SOV, product rank.
- Strategic Impact & Team Contribution: As a senior leader within the team, you will be instrumental in upskilling, owning, and delivering workstreams and projects designed to drive our ecommerce business and division - actively contributing to divisional forums, leveraging your expertise to foster improved outcomes.
