What you will be doing

  • Elevating Customer Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, providing a luxurious experience through personalized service and merchandising standards. Maintain a strong understanding of the latest makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to offer expert advice. Consistently execute the Prada Beauty service model, ensuring a premium, personalized experience for every customer. Demonstrate products with confidence, immersing customers in the brand’s history and providing tailored knowledge, tips, and techniques.
  • Driving Retail Performance: Consistently achieve individual and counter sales goals as agreed with your line manager. Build authentic relationships with customers, both in-store and digitally, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Inform customers about upcoming events, promotions, and brand activations. Design and execute innovative, engaging events and animations that generate excitement for Prada Beauty. Represent Prada Beauty on internal and external social media platforms, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Operational Excellence: Participate actively in team efforts and complete all required training programs to maintain up-to-date product knowledge. Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks using designated platforms. Uphold high standards of hygiene and housekeeping, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting counter environment.
