The Mission
Are you a visionary educator with a passion for world-class artistry? As our Make-up Education Executive, you are the heartbeat of the brand for Urban Decay (UD) and IT Cosmetics (ITC). You aren't just a trainer; you are a brand custodian, an artistry expert, and a strategic partner who empowers our Retail teams to deliver "gold-standard" consumer experiences. You will be the face of our Brand DNA, bridging the gap between global strategy and local excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Brand Education
- Empower the Frontline: Deliver high-energy Omni Education training for our diverse Beauty Advisor (BA) communities (Luxe, Mono-Brand, and Retailers).
- Content Innovation: Create and localise cutting-edge training modules that bring the unique stories of UD and ITC to life.
- Field Coaching: Spend time in the field, conducting store visits to elevate BA skills and ensure our consumer experience is second-to-none.
- Advocacy: Film & create content for different channels including TikTok.
- Artistry Leadership: Partner closely with our Pro Makeup Artists (MUAs) to ensure the highest level of technical skill across the brands.
- Stakeholder Synergy: Collaborate with Area Managers and Retail Field teams to identify and solve education needs in real-time.
- Retailer Conferences: Be the "voice of the brand" at major retailer conferences, presenting our latest launches and trends with charisma and expertise.
- Performance Tracking: Evaluate the effectiveness of your programs, reporting on how your trainings directly impact sales, NPS, and service KPIs.
Who You Are
- A Master of Artistry: You possess strong artistry skills and are comfortable performing and teaching high-level makeup & skincare applications for major activations and events.
- A Captivating Communicator: Whether it's a 1-on-1 coaching session or a stage presentation at a Retailer conference, you know how to command a room.
- Strategic & Analytical: You have a decent understanding of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint) to track data and create professional presentations.
- A People Person: You lead with empathy and have a "coaching-first" mindset.
- Agile & Mobile: You are comfortable with travel to different retail sites. A valid driving license is a significant benefit to help you reach our teams across the territory.
Why Join Us?
- Impact: You will directly influence the career journey of hundreds of Beauty Advisors.
