A Day in the Life

As the Global Senior Retail Training Designer within L'Oréal Luxe, you will report to the Global Retail Training Design Manager with a dedicated focus on the A sop brand.

You will be instrumental in creating learning experiences that honor A sop's unique philosophy while driving commercial success for its global retail population.

  • Create & Innovate: Design and develop engaging blended learning solutions (product and capability) that are distinctly A sop, aligning with commercial goals and elevating the customer experience.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Partner closely with A sop's key stakeholders across marketing, product innovation, and regional training teams to translate business priorities into effective learning content.
  • Deploy & Empower: Confidently host train‑the‑trainer sessions to successfully launch new programs, empowering local teams to deliver with excellence.
  • Analyze & Improve: Track and report on the performance of training programs, using data and feedback to continuously refine and elevate our learning offerings.

You bring

  • Instructional Design: Proven experience in designing and developing blended learning solutions, from concept to deployment.
  • Project Management: Strong ability to lead multiple training projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver on time.
  • Brand Affinity: Deep knowledge of the premium beauty sector and a specific understanding of A sop's design‑led approach and customer experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across global teams.
  • Digital Learning Proficiency: Significant experience with authoring tools like Articulate 360 and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
