Responsibilities Work flexibly during retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the airport is open long hours every day of the year.

Learn fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques to provide the best results for clients.

Generate sales to achieve targets by applying multi‑brand selling methods and product knowledge.

Be comfortable with traffic stops when relevant, sharing L'Oréal Group beauty with more people.

Use POS software and other digital systems required to run the counter successfully.

Maintain counter/store quality and merchandising, including appearance, cleanliness, and product availability.

Develop positive relationships with airport floor managers and head office.

Act as a brand ambassador with the appropriate attitude, eventing, and on‑brand grooming.
