The CPD Tik Tok Shop team is one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic social commerce teams within L'Oréal UKI.

We are building the future of beauty retail through creators, content, community and commerce, and affiliates sit at the heart of that growth.

We are looking for a highly organised, energetic and creator-obsessed Assistant Affiliate Manager to join the CPD Tik Tok Shop affiliate team, reporting directly into the Affiliate Lead for the Consumer Products Division.

This is a critical execution role inside L'Oréal's fastest-growing social commerce team.

You will help identify and onboard rising Tik Tok Shop affiliate talent, execute creator outreach and seeding, support paid affiliate content briefing, identify winning content formats, and help amplify the best-performing creator content to drive GMV, conversion and repeat performance.

This role is perfect for someone who loves Tik Tok, understands creator culture, moves quickly, and wants to build deep expertise in one of the most commercially important areas of modern beauty retail.

What You'll Do

1. Identify & Onboard Rising Affiliate Talent

You will support the growth of CPD's Tik Tok Shop affiliate community by helping identify the next generation of high-potential creators.

  • Identifying rising Tik Tok Shop affiliate creators across beauty, skincare, haircare and lifestyle.
  • Supporting creator outreach and onboarding into L'Oréal CPD affiliate programmes.
  • Helping build and maintain a strong pipeline of creators across priority brands and product categories.
  • Spotting creators with strong commercial potential, not just large audiences.
  • Supporting the Affiliate Lead in segmenting creators by performance, category, content style and future opportunity.
  • 2. Execute Creator Outreach, Seeding & Day-to-Day Affiliate Comms

You will play a hands‑on role in making sure creators have the right products, information and support to create strong content.

  • Coordinating outreach to affiliate creators across email, Whats App, Tik Tok Shop and agency channels.
  • Supporting product seeding and sample allocation across key launches, campaigns and always‑on priorities.
  • Helping ensure creators receive the right products, bundles and launch information on time.
  • Acting as a first‑line contact for creator questions, helping provide a smooth and positive affiliate experience.
  • Supporting follow‑ups with creators to encourage posting, improve content volume and drive repeat activation.
  • 3. Brief Paid Affiliate Content & Develop Winning Content Hooks

You will help turn performance insights into clear, creator‑friendly briefs that drive better content and stronger sales.

  • Supporting the briefing of paid affiliate content across priority brands, products and campaigns.
  • Helping develop content themes, hooks, talking points and product angles for creators.
  • Reviewing previous best‑performing affiliate content to identify what should be copied, emulated or built upon.
  • Translating performance insights into practical recommendations for future content briefs.
  • Helping creators understand what strong Tik Tok Shop content looks like: clear product demo, strong hook, credible proof point, commercial CTA and native Tik Tok storytelling.
  • 4. Track Performance & Identify Content to Amplify

You will support the team in identifying the creators, products and content formats that are driving commercial impact.

  • Monitoring affiliate video performance across key metrics such as views, CTR, CVR, GMV and sales.
  • Identifying high-performing videos that should be boosted or amplified through paid media.
  • Supporting weekly performance reporting for the Affiliate Lead and wider Tik Tok Shop team.
  • Helping identify trends across creators, products, hooks, formats and categories.
  • Supporting decisions on which creators to develop, retain, boost or re‑brief.
  • 5. Support Affiliate Events, Webinars & Community Activation

You will help build a creator community that feels exciting, supportive and commercially effective.

  • Supporting the planning and execution of creator events, workshops, webinars, masterclasses and brand trips.
  • Helping manage event logistics including creator check‑ins, product displays, filming spaces and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Supporting community moments that make creators feel valued and motivated.
  • Working closely with the wider affiliate and community team to keep creators engaged across key launches and trading moments.
  • Bringing ideas for how CPD can make its creator community more distinctive, rewarding and fun.

Who You Are

  • Tik Tok native - you understand the platform, the language, the trends and the creator landscape.
  • Creator‑obsessed but commercially sharp - you love creators and content, but you also understand that the goal is to drive content volume, sales, conversion and repeat performance.
  • Highly organised - you can manage multiple creators, product sends, briefs, deadlines and follow‑ups at once.
  • Fast‑moving and proactive - you are comfortable operating in a team where priorities move quickly and momentum matters.
  • Analytical and curious - you can look at content performance and understand what is working, what is not, and what we should do next.
  • Strong with people - you enjoy building warm relationships with creators, agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Hands‑on and executional - you are happy to get stuck in, especially during launches, creator events, campaign peaks and busy trading periods.
