As a Legal Digital Operations Apprentice, reporting to the Head of Legal Innovation, you will be a key member of a dynamic 11-person legal team supporting all L\’Oréal UK & Ireland brands and divisions. You\’ll contribute to projects that modernize legal service delivery, improve efficiency, and enhance the accessibility of legal information. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and value creation of legal services across the business. This role offers a unique blend of legal, technological, project management, design, and content creation responsibilities, providing invaluable experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will gain practical experience with cutting-edge legal technology, including Ironclad (Contract Lifecycle Management), SharePoint Online (triaging of legal requests), and L\’Oréal GPT (GenAI FAQs chatbot).
- Legal Technology Implementation & Maintenance: Assist in implementing and maintaining legal technology platforms, building workflows, training chatbots, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Process Improvement & Optimization: Contribute to projects streamlining legal workflows, improving communication, and enhancing access to legal information.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Extract, analyse, and visualize data from legal technology platforms to generate insights and inform decision-making.
- Legal Design & Communication: Utilise design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite – training provided) to create visually appealing and user-friendly legal documents, presentations, and communications.
- Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging and informative content for internal training, presentations, and communications for business stakeholders.
