JUNIOR OPERATIONAL BUSINESS PARTNER

Become a key connector between L’Oréal’s business and its supply base! As a Junior Operational Business Partner in Procurement, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between our internal teams and our valued suppliers. You will play a vital role in driving strategic sourcing initiatives, optimizing costs, and ensuring that L’Oréal’s commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing is reflected in our day-to-day operations. A DAY IN THE LIFE

  1. Strategic Alignment: Collaborating with your assigned business division to understand their strategic direction and translate those needs into effective sourcing strategies.
  2. Supplier Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to contractual agreements.
  3. Savings & Budget Management: Identifying and realizing cost-saving opportunities, contributing to the budget process, and tracking performance against targets.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for purchasing-related inquiries within your assigned division, fostering trust and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Monitoring supplier performance, providing feedback to Sourcing Buyers, and addressing any issues that may arise.
  6. Systems & Process Optimization: Ensuring the proper use of procurement systems like MyMarket and supporting the team’s strategic aims by optimizing supplier numbers and payment processes.
