Head of Marketing Measurement
Are you a data powerhouse with a knack for turning complex numbers into clear, actionable insights? We\’re looking for a MMM expert to own the entire process, from data collection to optimisation, for up to 18 MMM projects annually, directly influencing our top-line growth. If you thrive on deep dives into media strategies, excel at managing large datasets, and possess the client and stakeholder management skills to become a key consultant to our brands, then join us and innovate new ways to visualise data and tell truly compelling stories that drive our business forward!
A DAY IN THE LIFE
– Topline ownership of up to 18 MMM\’s (brand x category) per year
– End to end ownership of MMM process, including oversight of data collection, modelling partner, results validation, results communication and optimisation process.
– Act as an expert consultant to brands and divisions on MMM and wider measurement topics
– Detailed understanding of media strategies and executions
– Excellent client management skills
– Expertise in manipulating large data sets
– Innovative approach to data, creating new ways of utilising and visualising data to tell compelling and insightful stories
– Excellent project management skills
– Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to build stories from multiple varied data sources
– Ability to move insights to actionable recommendations
– Managing relationships with modelling partners to reflect true partnership and accelerate time to insights
– Process driven and ability to challenge the status quo
– Experience working with media platforms especially advantageous in a JBP/Learning Agenda capacity
– Familiar with extracting reporting from platforms Meta/DV360
– Excellent attention to detail
– Creating and managing timelines, adaptability and ability to flex to ambiguous or changing priorities
– Expertise in scoping both Core MMM projects and secondary Deep Dives
