Ecommerce Product Innovation Manager

Fixed Term Contract - 6 months with potential of full time employment

An E-commerce Product Innovation Manager turns consumer, platform and market insights into compelling product ideas for online channels. Working with brand teams and partners, you’ll develop and source exclusive offers—from product collaborations and gifts with purchase to curated gift sets—bringing them to life on platforms such as Amazon and TikTok Shop. You’ll combine creativity, commercial thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset to create relevant experiences that help our brands stand out online.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

No two days are the same. You’ll work closely with brand teams to brainstorm ideas and turn opportunities into standout e-commerce experiences. You’ll keep a close eye on emerging trends, exploring what’s capturing attention in markets such as the US and Asia and considering how those ideas could resonate with consumers in the UK.

You’ll help bring exciting concepts to life, from gifts with purchase (GWPs) and product collaborations to exclusive gift sets for platforms such as Amazon and TikTok Shop. This means sourcing products, building strong proposals and negotiating competitive terms with suppliers and partners.

Along the way, you’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, balancing creative ambition with commercial priorities and delivery timelines. You’ll need to be agile, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects—adapting quickly as trends, opportunities and priorities evolve.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You’re naturally curious about online culture and have a sharp eye for emerging social trends, creators and products gaining traction.
  • You’re deeply engaged with digital content and social platforms and know how to turn what you spot into relevant ideas and opportunities for consumers.
  • You bring experience in buying, product curation, merchandising or e-commerce—ideally within beauty, fashion or another consumer-facing industry.
  • You understand how product selection, storytelling and discovery work together to create a compelling online offer.
  • You combine strong commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset: you’re proactive, resourceful and motivated to turn promising ideas into results.
  • You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, balancing creativity with data, priorities and commercial objectives.
  • You’re collaborative and confident building relationships with colleagues and partners across different teams, while taking ownership and bringing others along with you.
  • You’re London-based and open to travel as the role requires.
