CREDIT SPECIALIST
L'Oréal, a global leader in beauty, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Credit Specialist to join our dynamic Credit Management team.
This role will be key in ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments, maintaining strong relationships with our customers, and contributing to the overall financial health of the business.
Responsibilities
The Credit Specialist will manage the credit control process for a designated portfolio of customers.
Responsibilities include proactively monitoring outstanding invoices, chasing overdue payments, resolving queries, identifying and mitigating credit risks, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate account performance reporting.
