Community Manager – Fixed Term Contract until December 2025

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Build and own consumer and community engagement strategy on social channels in line with consumer insights and trends.
  • Manage consumer interaction (in collab with the agency – if applicable).
  • Fuel UGC strategy to increase brand SOE and SOI. Drive influencer engagement on brands, products, and animations according to the marketing team’s priorities.
  • Define and execute community outreach strategy to insert the brand into the category conversation and community in conjunction with the Marketing team.
  • Identify potential content to be amplified and signal to the Marketing & Media teams to boost.
  • Ensure all the campaigns have holistic consumer journey experience, consistent set-up and best in class delivery, ideating content where owned social channels exist.
  • Be Influencer Relationships expert. Collaborate with the Marketing team to build the strategy, using data to identify new communities and influencers.
  • Be responsible for social media reporting and deep dives for the brand – share relevant learnings with the wider team (incl. Global teams).
  • Constantly seek to innovate through strategies or technology.
  • Own and manage all community reporting and budget – controlling files.
