A Day in the Life

As the Head of Scientific Advisory for the UK and Ireland, you will lead a team of scientific advisors, acting as the central source of scientific expertise for our brands. You will be pivotal in translating complex science into compelling, consumer-facing claims, ensuring we communicate with integrity and impact. This strategic role involves close collaboration with Brand, Legal, and Corporate Affairs teams to uphold our scientific credibility in the market.

  • Lead Scientific Strategy & Development: Motivate and guide your team, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and ensuring consistent, high-quality review of all scientific claims and content.
  • Ensure Claim Integrity & Compliance: Oversee the validation of all product efficacy and usage claims on communications, including packaging and advertising, ensuring they are compelling and compliant with regulations.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with Brand, Legal, and Marketing teams, providing strategic scientific support and advice across all product categories.
  • Champion Scientific Credibility: Act as the technical representative for our brands at press launches and manage submissions to advertising authorities, safeguarding our science with regulatory bodies.
