ONE LUXE REGIONAL MAKE UP ARTIST
L’Oréal Group, the world’s leading beauty company, seeks a Regional Make Up Artist to support brand activities in the UKI region, delivering training, in-store engagement and brand storytelling that drives loyalty and performance.
The retail landscape is changing rapidly, with shopper habits prioritising trend-led experiences and authenticity. You will animate heritage and values in store, develop partnerships with retailers and store teams, and inspire customers to engage with our brands.
Responsibilities
- You will deliver Masterclasses to groups of clients and influencers, driving retail results in your stores daily.
- Deliver retail activity and adjust sessions if pre-booked activity is cancelled or under subscribed.
- Influence stakeholders to achieve business growth and master retail excellence; be accountable for event performance in your stores.
- Act as a genuine Brand Ambassador, leading animation and coaching for retailer engagement and bringing our brands to life.
- Grow retail business by meeting business metrics and driving incremental growth; create videos/content for education and social media following brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Advocacy and Influencer team as required.
- Drive CRM and data capture at events/store visits to increase customer loyalty.
Must Haves
- Very high level makeup artistry
- Minimum of 3 years retail experience
- Proven track record of driving retail results and delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience setting up, promoting and executing face-to-face and virtual masterclass events
- Flexible availability aligned with business needs
- Willingness to travel within UKI region and occasional overnight stays; store-based role requiring travel between stores
- Well-developed analytical skills with ability to identify opportunities
