A Day in the Life
As a Talent Acquisition Resourcer within our UK & Ireland team, you’ll source top talent for live experienced hire roles and build pipelines for future opportunities. Partnering with Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partners, you’ll identify, target, and headhunt candidates aligned with L’Oréal’s skills and values. Your sourcing expertise and relationship-building skills will be key to delivering an excellent candidate experience and supporting our UKI Talent Acquisition strategy.
You Will
- Collaborate with Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partners and hiring managers to develop talent pipelines.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, across multiple platforms to identify diverse candidates.
- Manage our Applicant Tracking System (Avature) to ensure smooth recruitment processes and reporting.
- Engage with candidates to promote L’Oréal as an employer of choice and screen CVs to identify top talent.
- Stay informed about industry trends and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
