Supply Planner – Luxury Division
At L\’Oréal, a Supply Planner is central to the flow of accurate and timely information on stock and optimizing its availability, allowing the business to make informed decisions.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
You’ll join the strong L’Oréal UKI Product Planning team as a Supply Planner.
Your role is dynamic, involving multiple touchpoints across functions. You will be responsible for supply and launch planning of our iconic brands.
Your day might start with identifying an upcoming stock-out on a key product, collaborating with Demand and Customer teams to understand the cause. After analyzing the impact, you\’ll coordinate with the S&OP team to determine how soon stock can be replenished, implementing action plans to expedite delivery to the UK and aligning stakeholders.
You will then alert brand and commercial teams to mitigate impacts on upcoming activations. The afternoon could involve stock reporting, identifying excess risks, and planning reuse strategies aligned with L’Oréal for the Future commitments. You might also update stock parameters to mitigate future risks or work on continuous improvements with the DC or order-to-cash teams.
