Overview
Senior Product Brand Manager – Garnier (Skincare). You will work with the BRAND 3.0 marketing team in the UK and liaise with DMI & Zone teams overseas to develop the brand strategy and 3-year vision with the Business Brand Line (BBL) and ensure all marketing touchpoints are activated in line with long-term strategy.
Responsibilities
- Determine media strategy working closely with media agencies; develop a clear point of view on BETs and use tools such as BETIQ for media mix modelling.
- Lead digital transformation with an emphasis on advocacy acceleration.
- Collaborate with CMI to continuously improve understanding of the consumer and harness consumer & shopper data to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Work with the creative agency on insight-led local media creatives and content shoots.
- Engage with consumers at all levels, from senior management to retailers and agency partners.
- Master tools such as Nielsen/IRI to understand category shifts and trends; contribute to international brand development and launches with a 3-year strategic vision.
- Coordinate with UKI legal and scientific teams to ensure marketing material is compliant and enable compelling product claims.
- Track brand performance and financial objectives; contribute to establishing brand budgets and financial goals; own A&P spend and manage the P&L with GM and REX targets.
