SENIOR NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER – FTC

A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Build credible and collaborative working relationships with your customer / cross functional contacts
- Develop retailer centric strategies for your channel ; identify joint objectives and build business plans for mutual growth
- Influence future retailer initiatives and collaborations; ensuring the brand maximizes all available opportunities in store and online
- Manage all lines of the P&L from retail sell out to sell in to ensure delivery on/above target for your retailer
- Proactively create and manage your retailer budgets sell out forecast; identifying risks and opportunities and building contingency plans where necessary
- Support team development; coaching junior team members on best practice, delivery of targets, retailer relationships and commercial competencies
Who You Are
- Strong Communication skills – written and verbal
- Excellent presentation skills with attention to detail for creating visually impactful presentations
- Strong influencing skills – you will be required to demonstrate thought leadership as well as drive to execution
- Comprehensive experience in a fast-paced sales environment (either within an FMCG or retailer organization)
