We\’re searching for an entrepreneurial and dynamic marketing professional to take the reins, leading annual franchise plans, orchestrating impactful new launches, and cultivating strong market presence. Responsibilities
- Build, lead and execute the annual franchise plan, implement new launches and strive to maintain growth on pillar products while animating the core catalogue aligned with the overall brand strategy
- Collect and analyse product performance, consumer / market insights and competitor activities in order to make informed recommendations to management
- Support Brand Business Director on media strategy and work closely with media agency to plan media spend and campaign activities
- Work closely with the communications and digital team leads to ensure all PR and online opportunities are maximized and fully reflect our medical DNA
- Mobilize and work with other departments (medical communications, visual merchandising, sales, supply, training etc.) and partner agencies to deliver the broader business strategy
- Day to day portfolio catalogue management: Managing artworks, discontinued products
- Planning, attending and presenting at internal & external meetings, such as retailer meetings and divisional conference days to energise the audience behind our plans and vision
- Prioritises and reallocates budget spends between activities based on business objectives. Escalated any contentious spend changes for sign off
- Proactively seeks to close consumer knowledge gaps building a robust retail network
- Builds short and medium term activation plans, assessing sales potential, influencing investment decision and refining plans as necessary based on analysis
- Proactively seeks to close knowledge gaps by building a robust retail network. Interrogates data in detail, independently trying different methods of analysis to draw out new insights. Translates analysis into deliverable strategies, focusing on the short, medium and long term independently able to distill complex data into salient messages. Tailors communications to suit the specific audience.
- Leading role in crafting promo plans, Builds & delivers inspiring and consumer-centric retail trade presentations & activation plans. Shows a strong instinct for in-store theatre and maximising
- Executes agreed plans, on time and within budget. Communicated effectively across functions to ensure alignment and that marketing objectives are adhered to. Adapts and finds creative solutions as required in light of new deadlines or information.
Who You Are
- Experienced in a face-paced consumer sales environment, with an understanding of a mix of distribution points and a passion for skincare and Dermo-cosmetic
- Highly entrepreneurial mindset – autonomy, strategic thinking and collaboration are critical to drive our brand
- Vision – able to create and develop strong brand visions and action plans, taking the lead on motivating the wider business
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and excellent presentation skills, able to influence and inspire any audience
- Knows how to manage the complexity in terms of number of interlocutors, projects, timelines, meeting presentations
- Self-motivation and strong organisation skills to be able to work autonomously to drive your franchises
- Resilience and flexibility – the ability to adapt to dynamic business and market demands, overcoming challenges and driving success in an innovate way
- Creativity – able to create innovative, cost-effective solutions, to drive the best ROI whilst maintaining brand equity
- Strong analytical skills and good commercial acumen, to enable you to work closely with the commercial and finance team
- Experience in launching products – from sizing to market: with a 360 consumer centric viewpoint
