Responsibilities
- Work alongside some of the world’s greatest hairdressers in a varied and creative role that offers a richly rewarding and successful future.
- Execute and deliver courses to salons within your territory and in our Regional Venues or hubs.
- Share our passion for inspiring others to maximise their performance through colour and retail.
- Liaise with some of the leading names in the hairdressing industry.
- Work on projects to enhance the business and raise the profile of education, such as the development of new course programs, freelancers, etc.
- Set yourself demanding goals and demolish obstacles to achieve them.
- Focused on quality and attention to detail, you will not compromise standards.
- Define your own roles and constantly look for ways to exceed what has been asked.

Who You Are
- Experience in delivering Technical Workshops, Presentations and Classes.
- Educated to NVQ Level 2 & 3.
- Experience of being an advanced colour expert, as well as commercially astute and understand the importance of selling.
- Exceptional confidence and technical competence, cutting competence and styling competence.
- Strong communication skills at all levels.
- Experience of building relationships with clients.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Packages, namely PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
- The ability to inspire, motivate, coach and develop people.
- A passion for the haircare/ skincare industry.
- Strong organisational skills.
- The ability to work in an ever changing & demanding environment.
