As part of the CDMO team at L\’Oréal UK & Ireland, the CMI team leverages market and consumer insights to drive sustainable growth. Key Interactions with UK marketing, sales, e-commerce and media teams provide daily support.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze distributor and consumer panel data to understand UK market performance and competition.
  • Translate data analysis into decision‑making tools and recommend action plans tailored to the UK market.
  • Provide detailed ad‑hoc analyses for cross‑functional business units.
  • Manage UK health & beauty market data, develop technical skills and automate analyses with IT teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in market research/marketing data analysis, with a focus on the UK market.
  • Expertise in business analytics, understanding of UK sales and marketing practices.
  • Strong leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for data technologies, experience in data management, analytics and BI.
