You will lead a high-impact mission as the Digital Finance & Automation Intern (Project Fast-Track), designing and prototyping an automated "bridge" between incoming customer invoices and our internal BPM/Power Apps tools. You will be the lead architect of a solution that eliminates manual data entry and accelerates our speed-to-market.
Responsibilities
- Process Auditing: Analyzing various invoice formats (PDFs/Excels) from our top 10 customers to identify critical data fields needed for internal systems.
- Solution Architecting: Exploring "No-Code" extraction methods, testing Power Automate "AI Builder" for document processing versus structured Excel conversion.
- Flow Development: Building automated workflows where users can drop an invoice into a folder for automatic data extraction and preparation.
- Sandbox Testing: Running end-to-end simulations of the "bridge" to ensure data integrity between the invoice and our Power Apps tools.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Collaborating with Finance and Operations teams to test the tool's accuracy and building "Manual Review" protocols for edge-case invoices.
- SOP Creation: Producing professional Standard Operating Procedures and technical documentation so the team can maintain and scale the tool after your 10-week tenure.
